We are seeking skilled and service-minded individuals to join our team as Customer Service Agents. In this role, you will handle inbound customer interactions for major brands, using our provided systems to resolve issues, answer questions, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a phone-based customer service position that offers schedule flexibility and the ability to provide support from your designated workspace.

Looking for people who enjoy helping others to successfully answer telephone calls from customers inquiring about goods and services, while providing high-quality service with a helpful, professional attitude. This particular project is assisting clients with their seasonal holiday ordering from fruit baskets to steaks! This is a Bring Your Own Device position to work-at-home.

You’ll need to be a people person, with great sales skills, resilient and persuasive. Active listening and understanding the customers needs are key in this role so that an appropriate product can be offered to the customer. You'll manage inbound calls from existing customers moving out, landlords closing accounts, and new occupiers, meeting KPIs and sales targets.
